How much does Spicelab AI customer service cost?
Plans start at Rp 390k/month for Lite (WhatsApp), Rp 1.49M for Pro (+ AI Content Studio), Rp 4.9M for Suite (+ Instagram & closing engine), and from Rp 15M for Enterprise (custom pricing, scales with volume). All prices are in Rupiah and are lower on an annual subscription.
Are there any extra fees beyond the plan price?
No hidden fees. The plan price covers the full Spicelab AI platform. If your monthly reply quota is exceeded, optional top-ups are available — outside of that, there are no surprise charges.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. You can start a free 7-day trial without a credit card, and cancel any time.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, credit/debit card, and e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana). You choose at checkout after your trial.
Which plan is right for my business?
